After 9 months of relationship he Refused to marry

I met this guy on shaadi. Com after 9 months of relationship our marriage was scheduled but before 2 days of marriage he denied to marry me. Saying our caste is different & my parents are not in favour of this alliance. He & his family is threatening me if I'll go legal then he will commit suicide. Please suggest wht to do.

Do elaborate when you say relationship. Whether there was any kind of physical relationship or not. If there was you can easily drag him under 376. One more thing not marrying you is also an offence because you & your parents must have invested some amount towards the ceremonies prior to marriage.
