Affect on career, job, foreign country....

Hi, I was working in a company, but at the time of salary thr employer started abusing me and started beating me, for self rescue I also beted him, then there brothers cam and started beating me, as this fight lasts long for 1hr then I called my family and they arrived at place then the employers agin started beting us,
But in police station police filed a crosscase btw me and employer,
So my question is could it affect my job or would it affect my visa or passport for America and I can't go to any foreign country?
hello client as you are saying that you havw got tgw fight between you and your emoloyer is seems to be an isaue which will for sure impact you every thing and your visa your job everything is going to be an issue. the things need to be checked and in a way tht it may not effct your carrier so for that we need to get follow legally.

yes it can affect your job prospects and going abroad because of in Romania visa passport you have to disclose your criminal antecedents basically the check whether you have any Beh criminal record in this being a part of your criminal record will create a problem seed is advised that you know that you prefer the settlement with the employer and then after taking on the basis of that I have done many such cases on basis of that the court will cost FIR we have to approach the relevant High Court we know in request requesting this in the settlement I have done meaning in such cases and I can help you with regard to the same
