What does it mean when prosecutrix messages the accused that she doesn’t want to marry the accused but will make him suffer . What if she threatens him much before she filed the FIR.nnAlso please tell what does this mean as it’s from the bail order which accused already got :nPhysical custody of the applicant with the investigating agency is unwarranted since investigation is set at rest also, the offence is not made out

Greetings for the day, This means that the there is conversation between accused and complaint that she has filed the present FIR with the only motive to harass and humiliate the accused. furthermore it means that now as the investigation authority has completed its investigation and no offence as alleged is found against the accused there the accused is not required to be in custody of investigation authority and is therefore released on bail.
