Advocate wants to file defamation case worth 50 lacs

I want noc from my advocate and hence I approached another advocate to send the notice. The advocate who received the notice said he would file a criminal defamation case as he found some points objectionable. He is asking to pay for damages as rupees 50 lace. What shall I do now. Please suggest. Thanking you fire replying and spending your pistachios time.
Hello Sir, the court will not entertain as easily as they said for a case under defamation. It is not so easy, apart from that, what were you mentioned to treat it as defamation. You dont worry in this regard, will helps you out.

Generally one lawyer does not send notice to another lawyer.
You should take NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from your current lawyer.
Also you can challenge your lawyer if the contents of your notice are true.
if the demand persists, please complaint to Bar council .
