We are facing a sever problem . One lawyer is continously engaging in foulplay and tapmering and other multiple wrong doings in court .. court is taking a lenient view .. what should we do .. need a lawyer we can take up the issue else justice cannot happen
You need to simply change your lawyer and brief a lawyer who is honest with his work and can give you relief in your work, seek for a no objection that will help both of you part ways in peace rather that having unpeaceful situations. Rest is upon you to decide
