Advocate cheat , police doesn't want to take action

Financial fraud m, helped a friend in business with my identity and took loan for business, he took money and ran away, managed to get an agreement from him for repayment but did not adhere it. Hired a lawyer for this, he was just waste of my time and money, also took 20k from me and cheated me, very had behavior and un ethical person. The person who took money is enjoying out there while am struggling to make payments to the bank. Mother of 3 i am, i just want my money back to pay the bank.

Dear Madam, The Judiciary system in recovery of money on the basis of agreement may take years together and even on the basis of cheque may take years together. There is no speedy remedy for recovery of your money advanced as loan through Indian Courts.
