Advocate cheat me . Case not filled about more than nine months

Advocate cheat me. Taken court fee but not submitted in court and case not filled every time taken time for next week. Almost nine month had gone. Now he is not answering my phone.

Go the respective State Bar Council office and draft a written complaint against him. (Google can help you find the address) Don't worry these aren't like regular courts, they resolve the issue at a great speed. The advocate will be called for an written explanation for delaying your process. The Advocate may also get punished if Professional Misconduct is proved.

hi if he is not filing case then you could engage a new advocate to file the case on your behalf by filing all documents and can file the case but seeing the limitation part to file the case and its limitations
