Meri padosan ne mere ghar ke bahar lage CCTV ko todne ke liye 3 baar brick feki to kya uske against case ya complain ki jaa skti h??

Yes you can file a complaint for public nuisance, damaging your personal property and criminal intimidation against that women. If the police won’t take any action, then also we can approach the court directly

Hello sir /mam Yes you can File complaint in the nearest police station. If police refuse to file your FIR, you can make a complaint to a higher-ranking officer. If this doesn't work, you can approach the Superintendent of Police with a written complain. if this also doesn't work then secondly you can make complaint to magistrate through an advocate .
