Make an application to JMFC to give you police protection to enter the matrimonial house. Also, not following court orders may give rise t Contempt of Court proceedings. Move a high Court Petition for Criminal Contempt of Court
Dear client.as you are daughter in law of that house hence nobody has right to restrict from the matrimonial house .restriction of entry in your own house is the denial of your fundamental right hence filing a complaint nearby police station is the proper solution for it.being a widow you will get protection from them , and the security personnel will be warned,
Record instances as can be used for evidence.
Suggested recourse:
1. Lodge complaint with police.
2. File contempt proceeding before Court passing intrim Order.
3. Apply Court for protection orders.
4. You may install CCTV to put pressure and ensure compliance of order.
