I have purchased STP plans & invested around 3 lacs, but did not get back my money as Social Trade was the Ponzi scheme. The CRN No. of the case is UPLK010019062017. Please advise how to get my money back.

You have two. approch either go for civil recovery suit where you can demand for your money which you have invested in the said scheme or you can file a criminal case for cheating and forgery against the owner of responsible authorities and later can settle out of court by making pressure of arrest
