Advice for removing my name in chargesheet

Police booked FIR as a3 in a false complaint given by our neighbours that he was bitten my our dog.The chargesheet was filed and the case is under trails. Now I am selected for a government job. Please advice me for how to remove my name from chargesheet

Immediately go for Quashing in high court since you are a3 chances of getting a quash is highly possible .in which state is your case trail is going on if it is in Andhra and Telangana I can fight your case.

hi for removing your name in the chargesheet then you could file quash petition in high court to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and that you were not connected to allegations and that you could also ask for speedy trial
