advice for a speedy trial in court case

I am an accused under 323,324,IPC and for the last 8 years the case is still at prosecution stage due to deliberate delaying tactics of complainant.i requsted several times to the court for a speedy trial but the court is still giving the hearing dates after a gap of 40 to 60 days.
please advise me what should i do for a speedy trial of my case
In response to your legal query it is informed that you can approach the Hon’ble high court with the direction to the trial court to dispose the matter within a time frame of 6 months Or any other time which is suggested by the court.

though there is no clear cut formula to get a speedy trial yet there are provision invoking which you can certainly get your case decided in time bound manner. High court has such powers issue such directions.
