ADVANCE PAID FOR FURNITURE, NEITHER FURNITURE GIVEN NOR REFUND

Furniture booked in a Exhibition, advance paid by credit card, booking form given by the seller. The person who attended, took measurement and provided bank details to pay balance advance . Delivery got delayed and first ever lock down enforced. After unlocking, i was promised about delivery and kept postponing. After some time, sent photograph of work in progress and asked for more money to get final material. I paid. To my surprise the wip photo sent was meant for some other customer. After that just assurances and many times do not pick phone. I called other number given in the booking form. The owner of the shop told he was employee & left, he has done similar with two more customer. Money is stuck, what should i do
