Adult sexual chat on personal account is crime or not

I did adult sexual chat with my girl friend where both are involved (mutually).If one day she break up with me and filled an fir, can I be arrested?there is no sharing any personal nude images.what should I do now to totally save me from any legal issues in future (except apprehension complaint).can i say sorry or feelings gulty like something to save me. I am preparing for national level exams.
