my sister was 17 years old and she committed suicide and the reason was a boy who is 16 years old who was in love with my sister and was blackmailing my sister by saying that he will post some vulgar photos of my sister and forcing her to love him so, which case should i do to make the person pay for his sins.

Don't worry !! The culprit can be put behind bars. When was the date of incedent ? Was she in a relationship with that boy ? When did the incedent happen ? You can go and file an FIR with the nearest police station. Once the FIR gets registered the accused can be booked under section 506, 306, 354, 354-A of IPC.
