Consider a situation in which a student graduated from a medical college.but he enrolled into the college by parents paying a capitation fee/donation .and if the college authority are caught .will the graduation certificate of the student become nullified and will he loose his degree. Will his five year in college and his graduation become terminated

okay I understood your problem you will file a writ at high court and will take a direction from court and court will give direction to college to send back the certificate and you will take all the benifit from court about your issue

Dear Sir, Normally, the medical colleges withholding academic certificates of students who are unable to complete the Courts and unable to pay fee for full Courts. In such circumstances the student may approach the High Court and get direction to the college administration and get back his certificates.
