Adding of section after chargesheet

I am on regular bail in section 354 and posco 7/8 now anti party given application to increase section 376 chargesheet is filled by police under 173 crpc can I have to go jail if section is added I am on regular bail on 354 and 7/8

Matter in which district and if posco court increases section 376 IPC then offence will be 376 IPC and 3/4 POSCO act and matter will be heinous offence thus court may send a jail 376 ipc and 3/4 posco act more details

अगर 376 ऐड कर दिया जाता है तो आप को जेल जाना पड़ सकता है इसके लिए आप 376 जुड़ने की संभावना पर एंटीसिपेटरी बैल के लिए आप आवेदन कर सकते हैं तथा न्यायालय से अपनी जमानत मंजूर करा कर विवेचना जारी रहने तक जमानत हो सकती है
