Q: Case of 406 Criminal Revision is pending before Sessions Court

A criminal revision is pending before the Session's Court Chandauli, CJM court has coverted the application under 156(3) into COMPLAINT case, summoning the accused under IPC 406.Now from the date of filing the revision and the counter application by the said accused, the judge or court has not listened the matter , only next date is given ,one year is about to end, no relief the matter got stuck from the last one year. I am asking for any relief from the High Court or session court to get some progress in the matter.

आप अपने मामले को जिला जज या हाई कोर्ट के समक्ष रख सकते हैं बेहतर होगा कि आप जिला जज की कोर्ट में मामले को रखें तथा अपना पक्ष रखें आपको समाधान अवश्य मिलेगा जिस कोर्ट में मामला चल रहा है उस कोर्ट में भी मामले को उठाए जरूर सुना जाएगा आर्डर शीट देखें कि किस आधार पर अगली तारीख लगाई जा रही है

Q: Fir is filed on my husband because of a property dispute

My question is we live in uae and my husband applied for his passport renewal on October from here as it was expiring on Feb next year with all his documents correctly. There is a long property dispute going on in his hometown for so many years btw there family so even after all this police clear the verification from there side told by our relative there but now we got call from consulate that there is fir on him so due to this they are not able to issue passport... Although he has no involvement in all this issue as we living here uae from so many years... How should we solve this issue please guide us

संपत्ति संबंधी विवाद में किसी के भी पासपोर्ट का रिनुअल नहीं रोका जा सकता है जब तक की किसी व्यक्ति के खिलाफ अपराधिक मामला किसी भी थाने में विचाराधीन ना हो या किसी न्यायालय में उसके खिलाफ कोई अपराधिक मामला विचाराधीन हो आपका पासपोर्ट रिनुअल पुलिस रिपोर्ट के आधार पर हो जाना चाहिए अगर किसी थाने में कोई भी f.i.r. आपके पति के खिलाफ दर्ज नहीं है तो इसमें कोई समस्या नहीं आएगी संपत्ति का विवाद सिविल प्रकृति का वाद होता है इससे पासपोर्ट रिनुअल का कोई संबंध नहीं है

Q: Adding of section after chargesheet

I am on regular bail in section 354 and posco 7/8 now anti party given application to increase section 376 chargesheet is filled by police under 173 crpc can I have to go jail if section is added I am on regular bail on 354 and 7/8

अगर 376 ऐड कर दिया जाता है तो आप को जेल जाना पड़ सकता है इसके लिए आप 376 जुड़ने की संभावना पर एंटीसिपेटरी बैल के लिए आप आवेदन कर सकते हैं तथा न्यायालय से अपनी जमानत मंजूर करा कर विवेचना जारी रहने तक जमानत हो सकती है

Q: धारा 323 504 506 के संदर्भ में

सर मैं एक छात्र हूं और मेरे पड़ोसियों ने साजिश करके हमारे ऊपर 323 504 506 धारा लगा दिया है और जब कि मैं उस समय नहीं था घर पर तो कृपया मुझे बताएं कि मैं क्या करूं डेढ़ साल हो चुके हैं और नोटिस भी आ चुकी है वकील जमानत कराने को कह रहा है जबकि मेरी उम्र उस समय 18 साल से कम थी इस समय 18 हो चुकी है मैं क्या करूं मुझे कोई मेरा प्लीज सर हेल्प हेल्प करिए और बताइए कि मैं क्या करूं

आप सबसे पहले अपनी गैरमौजूदगी का सबूत इकट्ठा करके अपने उम्र का प्रमाण पत्र न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत करें आपका मामला किशोर न्याय अधिनियम के तहत किशोर न्याय बोर्ड के सामने जाएगा वहां से आपको अपनी जमानत कराने के लिए प्रस्तुत करना होगा फिर साक्ष्य के आधार पर आप के खिलाफ राखी मामला समाप्त किया जा सकता है
