Acquitted in false promise to marry now want to marry someone

I am a male who is stigmatized by gender biased law in India. Due to this I took a citizenship of another country after I got acquitted. Now i am thinking to marry a girl from India what should I take care of as India is now going towards one side law .
Okay I understand your important as per the Hindu marriage act you should take decree from court which is known as mutual divorce after that you will do your second marriage. It is very necessary to you. Both decree you take take from court.
