Acquitted from charges in court need Police verification certificate
20-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I am residing in Maharashtra State and recently joined a MNC Company. My company needs Police Verification Certificate as per their norms. 8 years before ( 2009) I was arrested for Criminal Case registered in other State (Goa). For now i am aquitted from all charges which were registered on me from Sessions Court in 2013. After my aquittal, Opposite party had appealled same in High Court. I had applied for Police Verification Certificate wherein i had mentioned about my previous arrest and also currently there is no any offence registered under me. I want to know that can i get proper Character Certificate required for my Company.
I would like to have more information on this matter since I feel a host of info you have shared is neither possible to understand nor does it make sense. Do check my mail in sometime and let's take it from there so we get to a closure. Hence, please find my email and act accordingly.
Hi do not worry police will give police verification certificate investigating there area only they have no concern with other state it depends on how long are you staying in that area. Only when you are applying for passport all place of stay is verified even though your case is finished and you are acquitted so till the appeal is not admitted you have no problem.
