If you accept your guilt and pay the fine then it will be clear that you must have committed the offence and you will not be acquitted but you will be considered to be an accused. And this may create problems in your future when you write that if any criminal cases was pending upon you. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

This is the worst advice that some one can ever give pleading guilty would come on record it will affect your career and will limit your time of visa infact you can forget about setting abroad. Show me the chargesheet and i would request you to further answer my queries

Hi .!!! If you please guilty (accept) any charges then it will only land you up as a criminal. Basically we only plead guilty in the cases where the charges are bailable and cognizable. You have to tell me what all charges have been written in the chargesheet against you so that I can help you better.
