I have been accused unser section 427,504,506,34 due to family farm dispute. Person has filed private complaint in court with half information and court has given order under above sections where as we have clear documented evidences. I am sure that the case will be disposed and this just to harrase me to agree their terms of conditionsAnother accused person already have lawer and I will give my case to himI need suggestion that once I appear in court and get a bail then how can I try to dispose this quickly to avoid repeated appearances. I may face issue in applying visa application if the case is not disposed quickly. nnPlease help.
You should challenge the issue process that the magistrate passed due to which you received summons. You should file a revision against it before the sessions Court and try to get trial proceedings before the magistrate stayed till Sessions Court decision.
