Accused Not Presence Before Court

An FIR has been registered under the pocso case and the accused has not been arrested. Police have submitted chargesheet under 299 . Still accused has surrendered before court. Court is giving date again and again. When case will start and statement of victims and witnesses will be recorded.

Victim is alive or not and under the pocso case police have to arrest accused because all offences are non bailable in pocso act . Fir of all read a charge , see which sections police have put on him and you can also hire your personal advocate for victim.
