Hii,nKuch salo pehle mere chacha ne ek admi ki jo ki humara rishtedar hai uski zamanat karwai thi aur uske zamin bane the phir uske baad lockdown lag gaya aur uss rishtedar kuch pata nahi tha phir kuch din pehle pata chala hai ki woh gujrat me kahin hai aur woh court abhi tak ek bhi court ki tarik per nahi gaya hai, nHumne ecourt pe status check kiya toh pata chala ki "court is awaiting for Summons " aisa bata raha hai toh kyan1) mere chacha ko police wale arrest kar sakte hai kya ? n2) both parties are absent aisa remark bata raha hai ecourt website per.
Kisi ki zamanat lene ka matlab hota hai k wo zamanatdar ye zimmedari qubul karta hai k agar mulzeem court me tarikh per hazir nahi rahega to wo use hazir karayega. Is liye agar wo mulzeem date pe hazir nahi rah raha hai to zamanatdar ko court bulayega aur
