Accused Filed For FIR Quashing In 354 C, 506,67A

Filed rape complaint against accused...after that he threatened me with nude photos from unknown international number so filed 354 FIR against him. He filed for FIR quashing and in petition he said that the complainant got the threatening message (but in message it is clearly mentioned that withdraw the FIR or your photos would be gone viral) from unknown number which is not mine so quash the FIR...will it be quashed?

Well legally he has to prove that neither the number does not belong to him nor this accused of Sec 354 of IPC Act has any relations with the sender of the threat message. If he will not be able to prove that, FIR will not be quashed.
