Accidental death of a boy due to 11000V electric shock on our property

26-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Hi, We have a property which we have rented. On the that property in one of the shop, a teacher is running a coaching center. 11000 V electricity wires are there touching one part of the building. What happened is one boy who came for tuition classes, got dead by taking on his phone, he went there. Now his parents filed an FIR against us stating that they informed us several times about the risk. But we didn't hear to them. His parents are filing wrong case against us, demanding huge money in return. We had no involvement in that. We even didn't stay on that property. It is rented. How can we protect ourselves from Police with immediate effect. Please guide and help.
