Absence for court hearing after recieving summon due to ill health

My scooty got stolen from Rohini so I filed a case in Prashant Vihar police station and later It was found therefore I had to file a superdari in Rohini court Everthing went great I attended all the court dates and after a few months I recieved a court summon for being a witness I went that day but the judge was on a leave, then after 2 months I recieved a summon again to be at the court on 30th of June however I was not able to go to the court due to ill health. Please guide me about what should I do about it? And also I would like to mention one thing That the scooty is in my grandfather's name who signed me a power of attorney because he is very old and cannot walk properly but still he and I both recieved a court summon. please someone guide me through I am very stressed.

as i have read ur issue ur stollen scotty case is been filled. and 1 date you have missed of court and now second time summom habe arrived to u for court appeareance as well as you gtand father is also getting the same summon through court. in this matter you need to hire an advocate otherwise your case may get suffer.

You should check from the court whether it has passed any adverse order against you. In case any warrants have been issued against you than you will have to file application for recalling of the same.
