about the final judgement of case

i was married on 2020 year,present i am having a 1 year baby girl and carrying 2nd pregnancy.after marriage i got to know about my husband criminal case before marriage ,they cheated us by hiding this and from this 3years of marriage he never took care of family and i am staying near my parents .i want to know how will the final judgement will be regarding the case.the case was primary registered case(cheating and rape case) and now it was comitted to sessions .please help me

hi if he is not looking after you well then you could file for mauntenance petition in court seeking maintenance to children and you could file petition for restitution of conjugal rights and the final judgment would be depend on the facts and circumstances of case
