About rowdy sheet where to find information

Sir, my name is Suresh, I loved one girl she also loved me, her parents not agree for my marriage, my girl friend said "I can't live without you I will die, I'm major I want to marry you". Then we went to Hyderabad to get married. I checked her certificates for her age, she is not major her age is 17years 4months. Immediately we returned from Hyderabad I handover that girl to police, they filed case on me by her father's complaint, those sections are IPC 363, 354d, 12of POCSO, police were opened rowdy sheet on me, I did Masters in organic chemistry. I think That rowdy sheet spoils my career. How to get close that rowdy sheet, this my 1st complaint on me. Sir please give a suggestion.

You made a mistake by marrying a minor and your marriage is null and void as it never happened in the eyes of law. You have discussion with the parents of the girl and persuade them to withdraw the case. If they are ready to withdraw the case, the girl has to turn hostile in the case at the time of recording of her evidence by the court, then the case can be withdrawn by the girl. However, if the girl and her parents chose to continue with the case, engage a good criminal lawyer and contest the case on merits as there is no other way you could be cleared from the charges against you.

First of all, you or your family go and discuss with the Girls family and try to get settled the matter by compromising the issue between the families.
or appoint a Lawyer, he will approach the family and settle the matter and after that, he will take care of case that "how to quash the FIR".
(after compromising only, your case will be quashed and your issue will be settled).
