About obtaining 164 statement for arguments purpose before chargeshee

Accused has filled for fir quash in 376(2) 420,34 etc .... before filling chargesheet.
How do I get my 164 statement in which I have told few confidential issues which i haven't mentioned in fir indetail which Will not allow fir quash .
If i engage advocate will he get 164 statement?? For arguments.
Dear Madam,
You have to file detailed objections to the quashing petition filed by the Accused. Further, you may engage Advocate and he may assist the High Court Public Prosecutor and yourself and your Advocate may request the Public Prosecutor to file an interim application to call for your statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. from the Magistrate as it is confidential. Normally, it will be submitted before the High Court in the seal cover for its perusal. Thus, quashing petition may be rejected on merits.
