About murder occured before 14 years

can someone file the case of murder occured before 14 years and the district court gave judgement in side of criminal ? If yes what is procedure for that and in which court the person have to appeal

Yes... there is no limitations to file complaint for the offence of which punishment is more than 7 years imprisonment.... You have right to appeal in High court against the judgement of Sessions Court...but you are saying that judgement in side of criminal ( means aquital )....In such case prosecution (state) can file appeal if complainant insist..

For this you can approach jurisdictional highcourt , to file an appeal before the hon'ble highcourt , if you have sufficient grounds on that basis court will pass the necessary order,for more consultation kindly call me

Well, We have to go through the Law of Limitationt to figure out , that, whether we can still file Appeal in High Court or not in your Criminal Case. Your Criminal Case of Murder must have been decided by Sessions Court. Hence forth now after fourteen years, we have to file this case in High Court to book the accused for Murder who went scot free as Innocent.
