Hlo sir / mam I here one incident is happened in 27 Feb jisme boys ki ldaai ho gyi thi... actually ldaai aik din pehly start Hui thi but woh solve hogi thi and sorry bhi bol Diya tha but next day 20 boys aaye aur call krny lggy k hmse aa kr ladd woh student akela tha Darr gya usne frnds ko call ki ldaai hogyi hai then uske frnd ny aagy kisi ko bulaya..usse jiski ldaai thi janta nhi tha woh aur usne defence main kinfe maar diya jiski ldai thi wo nhi janta tha k yeh kon hai toh USS pr 302 case hog

hi, infact the person who has nothing to do with the person is still present and is including himself in the fight without any intention to kill he is holding knife and further the person is dead. you have to prove self defence before the court the burden will be on you and you will be asked what on the moment you was doing at the place of incide t with the knife. for further details you can contact me. rgds shivam
