About getting back my son from my mother in law

My wife committed suicide herself in my home. We were no where intervened in that suicide but my mother-in-law filed case on me, my father, mother and my younger brother too in sections 304-B and 498-A. We were in rimand(jail) for 76 days and got bail. I have one son who is 20 months old. My mother in law took my son after that suicide. When we released and i asked my son to give back to me but she refused to give my son to me. Please could you help how can i get back my son as soon as possible

you can file a Guardian shiP case in court and avail your son from your mother in law and you can approach us we will help you in getting your son from your mother in law ...as you are father to your son so you have rights that the son will be at mother or father.....so you can easily get your kid....
