issue of holding 2 different type of caste certificate by same person and having benifits from govt schemes by using both different caste certificates they are using as per there needes they using genuine caste certificate in same way they using fake certificate for govt benifits and they have doing govt jobs by useing fake caste certificate
1 ) if a person holding two differente type of community certificates one is genuie and other is fake then how to file a case on them

hi if he is holding two fake certificates and that he deriving benefits from the government and that he is deriving benefits then you could make an representation to the authorities to cancel tje certificates and if they are not acting upon it then you could approach court
