ABORTION without judicial permission under IPC 506 trial

Hi, one of my relative had been raped 5 months back by her cousin, which she didn't complaint. Later she came to know she's pregnant. She registered case under IPC 506 and the accused now is in judicial custody since 1 month. Now, she her family without judicial permission had aborted the child and foetus has not been preserved. Now, where the case stand and what would be consequences of this act on the girl and family. What the status of case and now?
