Abetment to suicide and false promise to marry

Dear Sir,nnI am not in touch with my girlfriend since one week due to toxic relationship and i have changed my mobile number too.... If she commits suicide and leaves my name in note... Will i be arrested??nnHow to safeguard from it.. If i make complaint on this she may file false promise to marry 376...if i dont be in her contact for some time like month ane still she leaves suicide letter on my name is that still a problem for me??

hi yes you will be arrested and if there is any FIR registered against you and if there is threat of arresr then you could file for anticipatory bail and you could be in hideout for some days or be absconding for some days
