3-4 aaropiyon ne hum log ke sath marpeet ki jiski FIR Maine than me karai.Jis din aaropiyon ne hum log ke sath marpeet ki using raat cross case Karne ke liye apne Ghar me aag laga li taki hum log ke upar bhi jhuti FIR Kara saken leni police jaan gayi aag apne Ghar me aaropiyon ne khud hi lagai hai isliye un log ki FIR nahi likhi gayi.Magar ab hum apne Ghar isi dar ki wajah see nahi jaa rahen Hain ki aaropi phir se koi jhuta case bana kar hum log par bhi case kar de. To hum log aisa Kya Karen ki aaropiyon dwara koi bhi hum log ko fasane wala karya Kiya ja to aaropi iske liye wo khud jimmedar ho

if there is any apprehension regarding the arrest then you may file an anticipatory bail u/s 438 of Cr.P.C. before the session court, there is no mandatory provision that the FIR should be registered then only the Anticipatory bail can be file, without registering any FIR you can apply for Anticipatory bail if there is any apprehension of arrest..
