Mere papa coal mines me hai or 14 saal pehle unhone job chhod diye the fir ek musalman ne pese lga kr job lgwaya fir se or papa ki bank pass book le liya or 14 saal se unki salary le rha hai or 4 5 hajar hume deta hai hume or papa usi ke pass rehte hai usi ki baat sunte hai or meri padhai kharche k liye bs 4hajar dete hai hume kya krna chahiye

salary get credited in employee bank account how any one can withdraw the same without concent of the account holder. you should come out with the full facts for further guidance. As of now I dont see any material that helps you out in court
