A5 not getting regular bail in session court. Its been 2 months.

We r A5. PLTF and A1 jointly owned a land. In 1992 POA. The land was sold in 2012 with the help this POA by A1 and A2(approved the transaction) A3(bought the land), A4(purchased stamp paper for POA) and A5(attesting witness to POA). N.B. A1,A2,A4 are brothers. In 2022 the PLTF filed FIR against A1,A2,A3 for cheating and alleged that his signature is forged in POA. In 2024 A4 and A5 was arrested. A5 not getting bail in trial court. 2 months in JC. Charged undr 420 465 467 468 471 120b. Sc st act.
