As we know generally there would be no receding of voice except video , it is sufficient to sue anyone as per video recoding and we can sue for such types of conduct as criminal proceedings and go to the court for hurting a child

This is a very serious matter. Slapping a 3-year-old child is not just against school ethics, it also falls under child abuse as per law. Even if you do not have the video recording, your statement as a parent and the CCTV footage from the school can be demanded during investigation. You can take the following actions: File a Police Complaint (FIR or online complaint) – Assaulting a minor is a punishable offence under Indian Penal Code and Juvenile Justice Act. Approach the District Education Officer (DEO) – The school management can be held accountable for failing to ensure your child’s safety. Approach Child Welfare Committee (CWC) – They have authority to take strict action in child protection matters. Consumer/ Civil Remedies – You can claim damages from the school for negligence and harassment. As an advocate, I have numerous mechanisms and digital tools which make it possible for you to address this issue from your home itself. I can file the required complaints and legal notices in proper online format, ensuring you get 100% result-oriented action against both the teacher and the management. If you choose to proceed with me, I will ensure that your complaint is taken seriously, proper authorities are compelled to act, and your child’s rights are fully protected. Adv. first of all you should give a written complaint to the school authority by mentioning the incident occurred and with a request to keep safe and secure the footage of the class room and then mention to take action against the culprit Thanks And Regards Advocate Alok Mahur
