you should file a online complaint in cyber cell of the home ministry or you can file a complaint with the senior superintendent of police personally or through registered post and copy should be sent to the concerned police station. if the police still not take any action then you can file a criminal complaint case in criminal court.

Yes you have a lot of options. Write to the higher ups in the Police Department, that is the SP/SSP and inform them of the whole episode. Also tell them the local Police station is not registering your complaint.
