A person approached me through divorce matrimony site and told that he lives in UK with father,sister and daughter, his mom and wife passed away. He is looking for good family girl, I was happy that he wants to marry me,he said he will come India in a week with his father and in next 2 days he said he is going to different country for official work and will come in 2 months meanwhile he is sending his luggage to my address door delivery. He said me to pay charges and take it from bag immediately,i said okay but after a week I got a call from Delhi airport regarding baggage to pay 46850 rupees, I don't have that much money so I told him same, from then the way he speaks changed.He is telling I'm money minded,not good character,if I married him I'll kill him in sleep,if it's my brother's will I leave it like that and said its good that he knew my true character.He said all these to me which are not true and I think and understand it is related to cyber crime,how should I file complaint?
