A gay boy touched my private part while I was peeing at public toilet at Rajeev chawk metro. I handed him to Delhi police inside metro premises. What should I do now?
Go to concerned police station and file an FIR & if they don't register speed post your complaint to concerned DCP and move an application of 156(3) to the concerned Magistrate so that he will direct your FIR to be registered and investigation to be launched
