A girl aged 14 is in love with 35yr old man

Is family in legal obligation to the girl's family to not take any action against this bcoz family is totally against it but the girl keeps insisting she won't live without him. Plz help she is my sister (an fir with ipc 363 was logged after girl left home witout permission, now she will be questionedby police)
