A friend of boyfriend blackmailing over intimate pictures

My boyfriend's friend has stolen our pictures from my boyfriend's phone and now he is blackmailing us. He told my family about it and now after that also he is still blackmailing about my pictures. what can we do?

This is a major case of harassment. You should get an FIR registered in the police station in your neighbourhood. If police is not registering FIR, you may move the magistrate court under section 156(3)

Dear Sir/Madam, Greetigs, In reference to the above-referred query, this is to brought into your kind notice that you should lodged a POLICE COMPLAINT about the crime/blackmailing by your boy friends' friend. Further, concerned Police Authorities will look into the matter as per Law so that the offender be booked as per Law. Failing which you can also lodged a private complaint before the Hon'ble Court of Concerned Magistrate. By doing this you may get justice, and the offender be restrain from threatening you i future. you need to file police compliant drafted well including all the ingredients , he is liable to be punished under various sections of Information technology Act, 2000, as well as IPC also for defaming you in the eyes of the society.
