A Fraud by a Person who have ensured a business proposal

A person who have Fraud with me for proposal a successful business plan and taking money from me. This incident happened with me about 1 year ago and that time my age was 19 years so now any chances of return the money which was taking the person who have Fraud with me.

Your age is good enough here as you are an adult. If you have the bank receipts of your transfer or any other details you can initiate a case against him for fraud and cheating before the Court. I think this will help your cause.
