A false SCST case where having no public view, no eyewitness is under process at High Court Of Jharkhand due to the state not able to submit investigation report as per order since 1st Nov-2022 (3 months). In the FIR a dispute between the party is observed on salary.What to do so that the state will submit the report as soon as possible to the High court as per Judge's order on Nov-2022 ? nNo Charge sheet filed till date (delay till now from FIR date : 1 year 3 months).

Dear Questionnaire You have only one option to acknowledge this facts to the Hon'ble Court and also pray for delay for filing investigation report. Hope you must get no coreive order from court then you should wait and watch the process. It is the duty of opposite party to press the case for early hearing.
