If cctv footage shows that the victim and deceased person while cycling , suddenly fall infront of a running car, will the driver still be held responsible?

he will aurely get bail, and after the examination of the witness, he or she i mean the driver will be acquitted as because it is not his or her fault, just have a appointment with a legal counsel, get bail, stay in touch with that counsel and relax.
