90 Days Of Emergency Parole From 14th May

Hi all this is all about me. Recently all the inmates who were eligible to get emergency parole have received it for 90 days now all of a sudden supervisors want me to surrender shall I approach high court with the minutes of meeting of supreme court. Please advise
hello client aa i can see ur issue is really serious aa the supervisior have direct you to surrender a o the re are options aa you got parole for 90 days this clauses may to used yo increase your parole for sure but it needs propwr handelling of the case

There must be High Powered Committe minutes of your High Court regarding continuation of or for conditions concerning grant of parole. Generally, if the parole is not extended, you must surrender before the Jail authorities. if your case falls in the category where the parole has been granted by Supreme court in sup motu writ (c)no. 1/2020, you should get parole again. You must read the orders/proceedings of this case.
