If you are a victim tomorrow go to court where your case bail petition hearing is there, the moment the other side lawyer start submitting his arguments go in front of the podem and say your are the victim in this case and say I strongly deney this anticipatory bail if he comes out of not be arrested he will violate the evidence and I have threat with him so kindly arrest and send to judicial custody till completion of chargesheet. if judge agrees he decline anticipatory bail and immediately arrest and sent him to judicial custody

If we object in this he cannot get that too fast anticipatory bail. If you want I will assist you in this case. But I want the documents of your fir copy or it’s number of you have that bail application and which court they have filed
